OMIP, as Energy Derivatives Exchange, is concerned with responding appropriately to any disruptive incident or disaster that effects people, material assets, information or business processes which support its normal activity. To minimize the negative impacts of such situations, OMIP invests in the implementation of a Business Continuity Management System, based on the ISO 22301:2012 standard and guidelines of the European legislation applicable within the scope of MIFID II (Delegated Regulation – RTS7).
In order to test the recovery procedures of the activities, OMIP will perform a simulation of a disruptive incident in its main datacenter, between the 3rd and 4th of December, where the Business Continuity Plan will be activated. However, we inform you that this test will be controlled and will not affect the OMIP normal operation.
For more information on the Business Continuity Policy, please consult the document in the Information Security section.
