The new scheme replaces 24 hourly gates with 96 quarter-hourly gates per day, enabling market agents to adjust their positions more accurately and continue trading until 60 minutes before delivery.

The new indicator, available in the “SPOT Today” section, provides daily price spreads for the day-ahead market for 1-hour, 2-hour and 4-hour durations, considering both consecutive and non-consecutive periods.
